How to buy your new home at Heart of Hanza?
- Find your apartment & sign the pre-contract Once you’ve selected your ideal apartment, our legal team will prepare a pre-contract tailored to your chosen property.
- Explore financing options Need help with financing? We offer expert guidance and currently work with Swedbank AS, Luminor Bank AS, and BluOr Bank AS, though you’re welcome to use any bank of your choice.
- Secure your reservation with a 20% down payment To confirm your apartment, a 20% down payment is required.
- Sign the main purchase agreement – May 2026 The remaining 80% of the purchase price is paid upon signing the final property agreement in May 2026.
- Register your ownership and receive your keys Once the final agreement is signed and notarised, the property is officially registered in your name – and your new apartment is ready for handover.
