The residential complex Heart of Hanza is becoming an increasingly prominent feature of the historic centre of Riga’s skyline.
Façade works are nearing completion, with the building receiving its final finishing touches that give it a refined and complete appearance. At the same time, roof and balcony waterproofing works are in their final stage, ensuring the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency.
Landscaping works in the surrounding area are also actively underway. Construction of roadways and paved areas has begun, while concrete flooring is being poured in the basement level, preparing spaces for storage units, car parking, and bicycle parking. Courtyard landscaping and planting works will commence shortly.
The commissioning of Heart of Hanza is planned for spring 2026.
The project is developed by LNK Properties, with architectural and interior design by AB3D Arhitekti, and construction works carried out by LNK Industries.
