Work on the Heart of Hanza facade is well underway, with thermal insulation and exterior finishes currently being applied. Inside the building, sound-insulating floors are being installed, Estrich screeds are being poured, and gypsum partition walls are being built — already outlining the structure of the future living spaces.
Masonry work is nearing completion, and plastering of the interior walls has begun. In the basement, thermal insulation of the ceiling is being carried out using a lamella wool system, ensuring optimal energy efficiency throughout the building.
Next on the schedule is the installation of glass railings and landscaping of the surrounding grounds — creating a garden and courtyard space that will be not only functional but also visually and emotionally inviting for residents.
The project is being developed by LNK Properties, with architecture and interior design by AB3D Architects, and construction carried out by LNK Industries.
