Construction Update – November 2024
The Heart of Hanza project is progressing steadily and on schedule, with the building beginning to visibly take form. By the end of November 2024, key structural and utility works are nearing completion, marking an important milestone in the construction timeline.
Work completed this month includes the full construction of Cycle 0 load-bearing structures and the successful connection to the city’s district heating network—a vital step in preparing the building for year-round comfort.
Additional progress includes:
- Concrete floor slab construction
- Brickwork and partition wall installation
- Basement waterproofing
- Preparations for the heating unit, which will provide the building with hot water and central heating sustainability.
As the structure rises, the development team continues to uphold the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
The project is developed by LNK Properties, with architecture and interiors by AB3D, and construction executed by LNK Industries.
