Work on the Heart of Hanza residential complex is moving ahead swiftly, with several major milestones already reached by October 2024. The project is taking shape at pace, reflecting the developer’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Significant progress has been made on-site, including:
- Completion of utility and substation dismantling
- Installation of piles and groove walls
- Completion of external communication and drainage systems
- Erection of all three tower cranes
- Completion of basement concrete works for Blocks A and B
Ongoing works currently include excavation, the construction of the basement’s reinforced concrete structure, waterproofing, and the installation of the earthing contour.
In parallel, the project team is carefully selecting the best solutions for façades, windows, and railings, ensuring that only top-quality, durable materials are used to meet the project’s high standards.
The project is developed by LNK Properties, with architectural and interior design by AB3D, and construction executed by LNK Industries, one of Latvia’s leading construction firms.
