Būvniecība rit pilnā sparā – būvniecības statuss 2025.gada janvārī

The Heart of Hanza continues to rise confidently on the Riga skyline, with construction entering an exciting new phase. By the end of January 2025, concrete works on the 6th floor of Building A are nearly complete, and the full structural build-up of the building is expected to be finalized by mid-February.

Meanwhile, progress continues underground, with brickwork and waterproofing of the basement slab actively underway. The building is already equipped with a heating unit and has been successfully connected to the city’s water supply network, marking another step toward readiness.

Up next: installation of windows and façade works, which will begin in the coming weeks, bringing the architectural vision closer to reality.

The project is developed by LNK Properties, designed by AB3D Arhitekti, and constructed by LNK Industries.

The vision is taking shape—stay tuned as Heart of Hanza continues its transformation into one of Riga’s most forward-thinking residential addresses.
