Real estate developer LNK Properties has officially launched the sale of apartments in its landmark project – Heart of Hanza. Perfectly located on Hanzas Street, between the architectural gems of Riga’s Art Nouveau district and the modern pulse of Skanste, this new development places residents in one of the city’s most desirable and well-connected neighbourhoods.
Demand is already high – with nearly 40% of apartments reserved or sold – and prices starting from €177,000.
“With Heart of Hanza, we’re creating a home for people who value both comfort and connection,” says Aleksandra Strode, Member of the Board at LNK Properties. “We’ve designed the project with young professionals and families in mind – people who want to live where everything they need is close at hand: business centres, top schools, Riga’s finest restaurants, cultural spaces, and opportunities for sport and leisure. This will be a true oasis in the city centre.”
The residential complex offers 127 apartments ranging from 49 to 350 m², with top-floor residences on the 6th and 7th floors enjoying spacious terraces that open to the south, ideal for soaking in the sun and the city views.
But Heart of Hanza is more than just living space – it’s a fully integrated urban lifestyle. The project includes a private gym, a dedicated kindergarten with evening programmes, and pet-friendly amenities. The green courtyard features a private garden, playgrounds, recreation zones, and a special space for pets to play and wash.
At street level, the building will offer shops and cafés, including a boutique bakery that promises to become a local favourite – a daily stop for warm pastries and fresh coffee in a stylish atmosphere.
Built with Class A energy efficiency, the project uses smart design, premium materials, and high-performance systems to ensure long-term comfort and sustainability. Every apartment will be equipped with individual heating controls and a ventilation system with heat recovery, creating a healthy and efficient indoor climate. Outside, the Hanzas Street façade will be beautifully lit, the sidewalks landscaped, and the commercial area designed to offer a safe, vibrant environment for both residents and visitors – from morning to evening.
The Heart of Hanza complex is scheduled to be completed and move-in ready by spring 2026, with a total project investment of €35 million.
